Who are you looking for, and what are their main concerns?
We are hoping to attract veterans, the elderly, and retirees. Their biggest concerns typically revolve around finding a safe, stable, and community-oriented living space where they can maintain their independence. At The Perfect Habitat, residents must be 100% independent and have a reliable monthly income. Accepted income sources include SSDI, SSI, VA Disability/VA Pension, and retirement funds. Our houses are alcohol and drug-free, and we maintain a strict no-pets policy to ensure a comfortable living environment for everyone.
What should I do after confirming I'm eligible?
Once you understand if you're eligible, the next step is to call or email us. Speaking with one of our coordinators will allow us to schedule a virtual tour, further confirm your eligibility, and begin the process of scheduling your move-in date.
